The year of 2018 is coming to a close. Some of us are not ready to enter a new year just yet, and some of us are super excited because it’s a WHOLE NEW YEAR OF NEW BOOKS!!!

This year has been an amazing year in regards to book releases. And next year looks as though it’s going to be more amazing, if that’s even possible.
We had some amazing YA releases in October, with Kingdom of Ash (Throne of Glass #7) by Sarah J Maas, Muse of Nightmares (Strange the Dreamer #2) by Laini Taylor, and several other heart stopping book beauties that just want to see us bleed make our souls sing in happiness.
This post, however, will provide a glimpse of the YA book releases in November, and some of the upcoming YA releases for December because ChRisTmAs IS hERe!!

This post will also list some of the amazing YA books that are coming out in January 2019!
Because why not plan how much money we are going to throw at the booksellers in advance? Save ourselves from the shock.
Note: All covers link back to Goodreads, so you can check them out and add them to your never ending TBRs! Any books that are sequels, the links will take you to the first book in the series

Book Releases Coming Up For January 2019
There are so many amazing books coming out next year!! GOODBYE STABLE BANK ACCOUNT!!! We’re all most likely going to try to put ourselves on book buying bans. And we will all most likely break it, “Just for this ONE book.” and then end up buying a truck load of books.
What new releases did you love in November?? Are there any you are super excited about in the next few upcoming months?? Is your wallet also doomed come the beginning of 2019??
I’m going to need to read the Renegades books by Marissa Meyer. I liked her Lunar Chronicles, but for some reason I haven’t read her others yet.
I usually get new releases from the library. If I can stay up to date on what’s coming out that i want to read, then I can usually get on the hold list before everyone else does. 🙂 That way I also don’t have to keep the book if I didn’t like it. But the feeling of having a brand-new book that you just bought is more fun…
Thanks for this post!

The same with me!! I read and LOVED her The Lunar Chronicles, but I haven’t read any of her other books. I’ve heard good things about Renegades and Heartless. Just need to get round to them! XD
That’s amazing!! I’ve heard it’s usually pretty hard to get on the hold lists at libraries for some of the more hyped books and such, so to plan it out and get there earlier than everyone is amazing!!! 😀
Agreed! Nothing fills the heart with joy more than a newly purchased book!! 😀 But reading the book at the library, and then buying a new copy if you liked it, is a pretty smart way to go.
Thank you for reading!!
Happy Reading!! ❤

I just put Skyward on my Christmas list! I think I also need to add Renegades and Archenemies to the list, but it’s already like … 15+ books long? Girls of Paper and Fire were on it to. Also, thanks for looking out for my bank account and throwing the January releases on there too lol. I’m kind of the worst with keeping up with new releases because my library doesn’t have them and I usually only buy used books, so Christmas and my birthday are when I really get my life in order and preorder everything that I need haha. I hope you’re having a wonderful December so far! ❤

There were so many new releases this year that I haven’t had the chance to buy, and my Christmas list is also pretty long. XD
You’re welcome bank account!!!! *salutes* I’ll always look out for you!! (I’m already making lists of February releases and boy – Feb is going to be the month I go bankrupt for sure. So. Many. Good. Books.)
Haha, my family try to avoid buying me too many books. They walk into my room, look at my shelves and usually say something along the lines of, “You already have so many books! WhY dO yoU NeEd MooooRE??” and then I have to explain that while I have THESE books, I don’t have THAT book. Then I find wherever it’s sold cheapest so I can multiply my chances of getting it XD
My December’s going great, thank you! Will be even better when it’s Christmas break and I can stay home to read XD
I hope you are having a great December too!! ❤
